| The White-Fronted Bee-eater (Merops bullockoides) is a species of bee-eater widely distributed in sub-equatorial Africa. Their habitat commonly consists of open country, often near gullies. This picture was taken on the banks of the Sabie River, Kruger National Park, South Africa (Canon EOS 1DMk3, 500mm f4, f9, 1/125, iso 400).
